What’s in store for the coming year? William A. Delwiche, CMT, CFA
Director, Investment Strategist, Robert W. Baird & Co.
William Delwiche is Baird’s investment strategist and is a member of its investment policy committee. Before joining Baird in 1999, he worked as a researcher at the Committee for Economic Development, a Washington, D.C., pro-business think tank. Since 2004, Willie has also been the co-manager of Baird's ETF-based ALIGN Tactical Portfolios. Delwiche received a bachelor’s in economics and in government and politics from the University of Maryland, and an master’s degree in economics from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.He is a member of the Market Technicians Association and past member of the American Economics Association. He is both a Chartered Market Technician and a CFA charterholder.

David Marshall, Associate Director of Research, Director of the Financial Markets Group, Senior Vice President, Economic Research Department, Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago.
In 2010, David Marshall was appointed to his current role at the Fed. Previously, he served as senior vice president of the financial markets group and vice president and economic advisor in the economic research department. In the latter position, Marshall was the team leader for the department's macroeconomics group. His research focuses on linkages between financial markets, financial institutions and macroeconomic performance. Earlier in his career, Marshall was on the faculty of the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. He also has served as adjunct professor of finance at the University of Chicago and is currently an associate editor for Macroeconomic Dynamics. Marshall received a bachelor’s degree from Yale University and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in economics from Carnegie-Mellon University.

Christopher T. Vincent, CFA
Principal, Head of Fixed Income/Investment Management, William Blair & Co., LLC
A partner of William Blair & Company, L.L.C., Christopher Vincent is head of the fixed income group in the investment management division. He joined William Blair in 2002 as a fixed income portfolio manager. A 27-year veteran of fund management, Vincent was a managing director/senior fixed-income portfolio manager with Zurich Scudder Investments for 14 years. Before that, he was with Ralston Purina’s treasury department for five years. Vincent is a former board member of the CFA Society of Chicago, serves on the nominating committee of CFA Chicago and is a member of the CFA Institute. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri and his MBA from Saint Louis University.
